Michelle Lewin is the most popular, female fitness model on the planet.

The question is… did she do it naturally?

Join us as we take a close look at her stats, background, and fitness philosophy so we can analyze and determine if Michelle Lewin is natural.

Michelle Lewin Stats

A good way to help determine if someone is natural -or not- is by taking a close look at their physique’s measurements.

Although stats aren’t always conclusive, they give us a rough estimate of an athlete’s size and shape.

As far as Michelle’s go, here’s what we found.

  • Age: 33
  • Height: 5’4 (163 cm)
  • Weight: 130lbs (59 kg)
  • Bust: 36 inches (91.5 cm)
  • Waist: 25 inches (63.5 cm)
  • Hips: 36 inches (91.5 cm)

Even though there are very limited measurements of Michelle out there, it doesn’t take an expert to acknowledge that her physique is absolutely mind-boggling.

Her shape, musculature, definition, and proportions are all both unmistakable and extremely impressive.

With that being said, how exactly did she manage to build her physique?

Let’s take a look at her dieting and training methods.

Diet Philosophy

In an interview done with Simply Shredded, from a few years ago, Michelle mentions that she eats approximately seven meals per day.

It wasn’t surprising to see that most of these meals come in the form of healthy, whole foods with a ton of nutritional content.

For breakfast, she would blend oatmeal with protein powder.  Shortly after, she would follow up with some ham and crackers.

Later meals –most likely post-workout- contained some sort of protein (chicken, beef, pork or fish), a carbohydrate source (rice), and a vegetable (broccoli, asparagus, spinach, etc).

In short, her diet is very simple and efficient.

Training Style

Not many people know that Michelle Lewin was already passionate about working out, before pursuing competitive bodybuilding.

Michelle spent a significant part of her early 20s modeling – which required that she be in shape.

It didn't take long before she fell in love with lifting and decided to see how far she could push her physique.

Now, she is arguably one of the world's most successful fitness influencers.

So, how exactly did she manage to sculpt such an amazing physique?

Believe it or not, a lot of it is due to her training style.

Michelle Lewin Gym

Unlike a lot of female athletes that like to only do cardio and train glutes – Michelle trains like a bodybuilder.

Her training is precise, consistent, and more importantly, intelligent.

It would only make sense that her already-amazing genetics would respond greatly to hardcore training.

In an email interview with Madness Media, Michelle mentioned that she uses a traditional lifting approach.

She trains five days a week (sometimes six). Each training session is quick and to the point – lasting no more than sixty minutes.

Workout Split

As far as her training split is concerned, she likes to train her lower body twice a week. She only trains her upper body once a week.

According to Simply Shredded, on Monday she trains Back and Biceps.

Michelle uses a mix of free weight and machine work in the shape of chin-ups, rows, and curls.

Tuesdays are dedicated to hamstrings and calves.

Machine curls, deadlifts, and calf raises are her go-to movements.

Wednesdays are triceps and shoulders. Exercise selection includes skull crushers, dumbbell & cable extensions, military presses (barbell and dumbbell), upright rows, and lateral raises.

On Fridays, she likes to train legs again – focusing on compound movements like squats, leg press, good mornings, and lunges.

To finish off the week, Michelle will do a series of ab movements on Saturday – such as crunches and knee raises.

Thursdays and Sundays are rest days.

If Michelle's routine isn't enough to convince you of her tireless work ethic – I don't know what will.

A quick look at her Instagram is enough to see just how dedicated she actually is.

No worries though, because I'm going to tell you exactly how to do it.

First and foremost, we need to look at her genetics; her curves, musculature, shape, etc. are all genetic.

No matter how much someone wants to look like Michelle Lewin; they never will.

With that being said, all women can strive to build a lean, sexy, and muscular physique like hers.

The secret? Intense training, controlled dieting, and dedication.

In order to achieve toned legs, defined abs, and a killer figure, you'll need to put the time in the gym and the kitchen.

In some cases, supplements can offer a great boost and even help you achieve faster results – but, they're only the cherry on top.

Although unnatural performance methods (steroids) may seem like a good idea at first, their risks far outweigh the benefits.

Not to mention that there are safe, natural and legal alternatives out there that offer awesome results.

Is Michelle Lewin Natural?

Looking at Michelle Lewin's physique, It's easy to understand why a lot of people would assume she's not natural.

I mean, Michelle is literally built like a Greek goddess.

It would make perfect sense that she used some sort of unnatural performance enhancement method to look the way she does, right?

If you ask me, it's extremely difficult to build a body like hers naturally – difficult, but not impossible.

Michelle Lewin Legs

Michelle Lewin has amazing genetics, an unparalleled work ethic, and a ton of nutritional and training knowledge that she's acquired through her successful career.

With that being said, it's also common knowledge that she's subjected her body to plastic surgery, in the form of breast implants.

Could she have done the same for her glutes? Difficult to say.

Also, when she competed, she dieted down to crazy-low levels of body fat; while maintaining a substantial amount of muscle tissue.

Cutting Supplements for Women

Achieving these levels of conditioning is not easy, and some women have been known to use cutting compounds such as Winstrol or Clenbuterol to build muscle and burn fat.

While there's a strong chance that Michelle Lewin is currently natural, I wouldn't rule out the fact that she's used some form of unnatural performance enhancement in the past – especially during her competitive days.
